With 20 years of experience in the field of sustainable development, he provides professional services to clients and is also responsible for driving Deloitte's ESG services in the Asia Pacific region. He holds various positions in the sustainability field, including being a member of the Sustainability Reporting Advisory Committee in Singapore and the Sustainability Committee of the REITAS in Singapore, actively promoting climate and sustainability development. Prior to joining Deloitte, he worked as a partner for eight years in the China division of an international professional firm and served as the China Regional Director for a sustainable development consulting company in the Asia Pacific region for ten years. In addition, he actively participates in sustainable education initiatives in the region and collaborates with educational institutions to drive development projects. He is a member of the Singapore Institute of Technology's Industry Advisory Committee for Sustainable Education and a member of the Consultative Committee for the Global ESG Education and Research Center at the Hong Kong Management Professional Association. He is also a doctoral candidate specializing in corporate governance and sustainability.

Sheren Omega

General Manager Corporate Planning & Sustainability @GRP

Sheren is the General Manager at PT Gunung Raja Paksi, Tbk of Corporate Planning and Sustainability. Her responsibilities include preparing the long-term business and strategy plan as well as Sustainability Roadmap and Initiatives. Her previous 8 years of experience in professional firm has complemented her knowledge in business process review and risk management; varying in several types of industries from manufacturing, telecommunication and non-profit organization. She also has been part of the transformation of GRP business goals, processes and technologies. This has resulted in a significant turnaround at the businesses from a loss-making to record profits in 2021. Sheren also lead the Sustainability department to ensure the implementation of roadmap and improve ESG implementation in the company. Sheren's passion for sustainability and her strategic approach has been instrumental in driving GRP's transformation towards a greener and more responsible future. She is also a member of IISIA (Indonesian Iron & Steel Industry Association Department of Energy, Environment & Sustainability Committee for the period of 2021 - 2025.

Rohan has a holistic experience in developing and implementing high impact lubrication solutions for Steel and Aluminum processing segments. A career spanning 14+years, Rohan enthusiastic about supporting the clientele achieve the Sustainable Growth with reduced cost and minimizing environmental impact. In a recent project of implementing ‘1STOP Solution – Steel Industry’, the respective customer was able to dramatically reduce consumption, increase the usable life before disposal for the rolling fluid, with improvements in productivity. Such solutions enabled the respective customer optimize production cost and contributed to reduction of Scope 3 emissions.

Elodie has 15 years of experience at TotalEnergies in Renewables and Oil & Gas, including field engineering during the start-up of FPSO Pazflor and Yamal LNG project, conducting simplification project of standards across affiliates, and being an offshore site manager during a major site retrofit and reorganization. She recently developed a roadmap and execution plan for the digital transformation of Oil & Gas to achieve a 1B$ value creation target by 2025, leveraging TotalEnergies Digital Factory and ecosystem. She also had experience in utility power business development and initiated and completed a personal project called "The Energy World Tour," which received various prizes and was published as a book. Elodie has an engineering degree from Ecole Polytechnique and a double Master's degree from IFP School and Colorado School of Mines.

Lorenzo has extensive experience in the renewables and energy storage field, matured over 15+ years spent in the Asia Pacific region. Prior to joining TotalEnergies, Lorenzo was GM/Sales Director APAC for FIAMM/HITACHI CHEMICAL, a leading player in the batteries and energy storage space for renewable, telecom, and UPS applications based in Singapore. Prior to that he was living and working in China as Deputy GM in charge of Marketing & Sales - at Koerber Engineering Shanghai. He successfully managed the development and launch of a range of German capital equipment machinery specifically tailored to Chinese market requirements.
