Dr. Yoga Mardiansyah is a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in occupational health, safety, and sustainability. He is currently serving as the Head of HSE, OH & Sustainability APAC Region at PT Indo Kordsa Tbk. With his in-depth knowledge and expertise, he is responsible for overseeing the company's HSE, occupational health, and sustainability practices in the Asia-Pacific region.
Dr. Mardiansyah obtained his medical degree from Trisakti University and a Master's degree in Occupational Health from the University of Indonesia. He is also a certified CMSE (Certified Machinery Safety Expert) and a CSRS/CSRA (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Specialist/Assurance).
Prior to his current role, Dr. Mardiansyah served as an Occupational Health Doctor and SHE Manager at PT Indo Kordsa Tbk. He also worked as the Global SHE & Sustainability Manager for KORDSA. Dr. Mardiansyah's expertise in occupational health, safety, and sustainability has been instrumental in ensuring that the company operates in a safe and sustainable manner, protecting both employees and the environment.

Luo Chuan is a seasoned professional in the sustainable energy industry, with extensive experience in energy storage, renewable energy, power utility, and digital technology. As the head of Digital Battery COE at Envision Digital, he has led the design, development, and delivery of multiple iconic “0-to-1” mega energy storage and microgrid projects worldwide.
Luo has been instrumental in the successful incubation and productization of microgrid and battery storage monitoring and control software products. With a deep understanding of the challenges facing the sustainable energy industry, Luo has won and completed numerous projects, including the largest Battery Energy Storage Project in Southeast Asia.
As a speaker of today’s event, Luo will bring his expertise in the sustainability and digital space to the conversation, highlighting the crucial role of sustainable energy in the transportation sector. Tan Shuo Xian is the Regional EV Manager for TotalEnergies. Based out of Singapore, he is responsible for expanding the company’s electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure across the Asia-Pacific and Middle East region, as the company transitions to becoming a broad energy company that produces and markets fuels, natural gas, as well as electricity.
Prior to joining TotalEnergies, Shuo Xian worked for SP Group (Singapore Power), and was part of the team that established Singapore’s largest fast charging network, that supported the electric conversion of fleet operators as well as facilitated the launch of EV models by global OEMs.

Alder is head of a team of key account managers at TotalEnergies Lubricants, in charge of automotive original equipment manufacturers in Asia-Pacific and Middle East. Alder has a double degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Federal Tecnologica do Parana (Brazil) and Université de Technologie de Compiègne (France). Specialized in Fuels and Lubricants after a Master degree at IFP School, he has 15 years experience in the lubricants industry, including transmission oils R&D, product management, business strategy, M&A, organization design and key account management. Alder has a strong international experience in technical, strategical and commercial fields.

Elodie has 15 years of experience at TotalEnergies in Renewables and Oil & Gas, including field engineering during the start-up of FPSO Pazflor and Yamal LNG project, conducting simplification project of standards across affiliates, and being an offshore site manager during a major site retrofit and reorganization. She recently developed a roadmap and execution plan for the digital transformation of Oil & Gas to achieve a 1B$ value creation target by 2025, leveraging TotalEnergies Digital Factory and ecosystem. She also had experience in utility power business development and initiated and completed a personal project called "The Energy World Tour," which received various prizes and was published as a book. Elodie has an engineering degree from Ecole Polytechnique and a double Master's degree from IFP School and Colorado School of Mines.

Lorenzo has extensive experience in the renewables and energy storage field, matured over 15+ years spent in the Asia Pacific region. Prior to joining TotalEnergies, Lorenzo was GM/Sales Director APAC for FIAMM/HITACHI CHEMICAL, a leading player in the batteries and energy storage space for renewable, telecom, and UPS applications based in Singapore. Prior to that he was living and working in China as Deputy GM in charge of Marketing & Sales - at Koerber Engineering Shanghai. He successfully managed the development and launch of a range of German capital equipment machinery specifically tailored to Chinese market requirements.
